Job Description

As a Technical Sales Engineer for Design-Driven SaaS Products, you will work directly with our founders to shape the future of technical sales. You will obsess over UI/UX for onboarding, building experiences (API integrations), and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the founders on product roadmap and prioritization
  • Architect and develop features across the full stack (React, Node.js, MongoDB)
  • Go the extra mile in improving user experience and delivering high-quality products

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer, with strong interaction design, UI/UX design, and information architecture skills for SaaS products geared toward technical users
  • Previous experience as a founding engineer or in an early-stage startup environment (YC companies are a plus)
  • Demonstrates a strong design portfolio showcasing advanced UI/UX work, including micro-interactions, animations, and responsive designs
  • Experience in developing and contributing to design systems or component libraries
  • Strong understanding of modern web technologies, including HTML/CSS/JavaScript, databases, APIs, and API authentication
  • Hands-on experience with builder tools like Retool, Webflow, and Figma
  • Familiarity with module bundlers (webpack, Babel) and troubleshooting configuration issues
