About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Sales Executive to join our team at Constrafor, a pioneering SaaS and fintech platform revolutionizing the construction industry. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving business growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct targeted outreach to enterprise general contractors via phone, email, and industry events to identify new business opportunities.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY DECISION-MAKERS to set discovery meetings and provide product demonstrations/presentations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Analyze prospect business needs and engage through phone and/or email to drive revenue pipeline growth.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and lead information within our CRM system.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS software sales, preferably within the construction industry.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and a results-driven operating style.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with consultative sales methodologies and various sales tools/technologies is desired.
