Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Representative Overnight to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Organize, confirm, and process guest arrivals and departures, adapting to any changes or special requests.
  • Payment and Billing: Secure payment, verify, and adjust billing as needed to ensure accurate and efficient transactions.
  • Guest Information and Directions: Provide guests with room and hotel information, directions, and local interest recommendations to enhance their stay.
  • Reporting and Communication: Run daily reports, reviewing to identify areas for improvement and communicating key information to the next shift's staff.
  • Emergency Response: Communicate any emergency, lost item, or theft to the proper security staff and/or authorities, ensuring prompt and effective response.
