Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Production Manager to join our team at Tatte Holdings LLC. As a key member of our bakery leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring high-quality products, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the production process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality products
  • Manage and train a team of bakers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Collaborate with the senior bakery production manager to develop and implement production plans
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety protocols and regulations
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize production
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in a bakery or food manufacturing environment
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume production bakery
  • Ability to direct and manage a team of bakers through kind and empathetic leadership
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Skills
  • Experience building and mentoring high-performance teams
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems
