Position Summary:
We are in search of a skilled and experienced Assistant Retail Operations Manager to assist our Retail Store Manager in guiding our team and propelling the success of our retail location.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Assistant Retail Operations Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to ensure the efficient functioning of the retail establishment.
  • Assist in the daily management of store functions, encompassing sales, inventory oversight, and customer relations.
  • Support the Store Manager in meeting sales objectives and optimizing performance.
  • Supervise and inspire retail personnel to provide outstanding customer service and reach performance benchmarks.
  • Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of team members to elevate their skills.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with professionalism.
  • Work alongside the Store Manager to execute marketing and promotional initiatives aimed at boosting sales and increasing customer footfall.
  • Assist with product display and visual merchandising to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, payroll management, and reporting.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a retail supervisory or assistant management capacity.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales goals.
  • Familiarity with retail operations, including inventory management and sales strategies.
  • Proficient in relevant software applications, including point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related discipline.
