Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Personal Training Manager to join our team at Crunch Fitness - CR Holdings. As a key member of our fitness team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our personal training programs, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of personal trainers, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service and business growth.
  • Develop and implement effective personal training programs, including group fitness classes and one-on-one training sessions.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to educate staff on new techniques and best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to improve programs and services.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Current CPR certification and nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, NSCA).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a fitness management role, with a proven track record of success in leading and managing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
