Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a kitchen management or supervisory role in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Proven track record of improving food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in culinary arts or a related field preferred.
