Key Responsibilities

As a Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide, your duties will include:

  • Offering companionship and engaging in meaningful conversations
  • Preparing and serving nutritious meals
  • Assisting with personal hygiene and grooming
  • Performing light housekeeping and laundry tasks
  • Running errands and providing transportation
  • Completing additional tasks as required
Qualifications

  • Prior experience in caregiving (preferred)
  • A genuine passion for helping others

  • Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect
  • The ability to follow both verbal and written instructions
  • Strong organizational skills to manage job demands
  • Compliance with State requirements for Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide Certification
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • CPR Certification
