Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning Manager to join our team at Cardinal Health. As a key leader within the SOURCE Generics Program, you will be responsible for setting the growth vision and overseeing the execution of strategic rebate programs supporting our largest SOURCE Generics customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the SOURCE Generics Program growth strategy by collaborating with the leadership team and translating strategic priorities into actionable plans.
  • Interpret market and customer needs into clearly defined goals, objectives, and strategies for the SOURCE Generics Program to maintain market competitiveness and achieve sustainable economic success.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a timely and accurate end-to-end customer onboarding experience.
  • Oversee the timely and accurate processing of all strategic rebate programs on behalf of our largest SOURCE Generics customers.
  • Support the SOURCE Generics Program managers by modeling rebate offerings that generate customer and enterprise value.
  • Represent the business with internal and external audit partners to maintain program regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor and assess risks or roadblocks in ongoing initiatives, developing proactive mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track and meet timelines.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of related experience, preferably with a background in audit, FP&A, and/or accounting.
  • Subject-matter expertise in self-service analytics tools, data visualization tools, and scripting languages.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement complex initiatives and deliver compelling recommendations to senior management.
  • Project management and performance improvement experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive change and lead through influence in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
