Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Director of Culinary Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant group, including menu development, kitchen management, and staff training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement culinary strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and food safety
  • Lead and develop a high-performing culinary team, including chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff
