- Minimum two (2) years' experience in lending or branch operations.
- High school diploma.
- Excellent positive member/customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong math skills and effective communication with members.
- Familiarity with loan documents, lending regulations, and credit union policies.
- Proficiency in Symitar for posting transactions and inquiries.
- Proficiency in L360 for loan application processing.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. and function in a financial institution environment.
