About This Opportunity

Enterprise Holdings is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our team for the summer of 2025. As an Accounting Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting processes and procedures, working closely with our experienced accounting team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review journal entries, expense accruals, and allocations
  • Review and code vendor invoices for services, products, and travel & expense reports
  • Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules, including monthly bank reconciliations
  • Assist in the annual budget/forecast process
  • Enter vendor invoices into our accounting system
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be a resident of the Greater St. Louis area or attending a St. Louis-based university
  • Must be a rising senior, enrolled full-time for the upcoming semester, and set to graduate between December 2025 and June 2026
  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Ability to work Monday - Friday, up to 40 hours per week during the internship period
  • Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office Products
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position
