Job Summary:

">

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team as a Sales Ambassador. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining effective customer relationships, and promoting the good will of our company.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop new business by identifying opportunities and creating strategies to increase sales and revenue;

    ">">
  • Maintain effective customer relationships through regular communication, product knowledge, and excellent customer service;

    ">">
  • Prepare and present quote documentation with accurate pricing to current and prospective customers;

    ">">
  • Ensure that all products are rotated and code policy is followed to maintain a well-stocked and attractive retail environment;

    ">">
  • Sell and distribute all Cavalier Spirits products to meet customer needs and expectations;

    ">">
  • Assist in displaying merchandise during peak seasonal roll out to chains and other retailers;

    ">">
  • Assist in resetting chain stores to ensure optimal product placement and display;

    ">">
  • Participate in special events and festivals to promote our products and build brand awareness;

    ">">
  • Foster relationships with key decision-makers at retail accounts to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction;

    ">">
  • Conduct beer tastings and beer dinners to educate customers about our products and promote sales;

    ">">
  • Assist in covering routes for Sales Representatives on vacation or temporary leave;

    ">">
  • Maintain up-to-date awareness of company activities and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition;

    ">">
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions to inform future sales strategies;

    ">">
  • Comply with all Company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements;

    ">">
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding credit, delivery, product information, and other matters promptly and professionally;

    ">">
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and objectives to contribute to the company's overall success;

    ">">
  • Attend regular meetings with the District Sales Manager to discuss sales performance, market trends, and company initiatives;

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the company's goals and objectives.
