Craft Beer Sales and Marketing Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Craft Beer Sales and Marketing Representative.
About UsCavalier Spirits, LLC is a dynamic company that specializes in the distribution of craft beverages. Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients while promoting the growth and development of the craft beer industry.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote our craft beer portfolio to key accounts in the assigned territory. This includes building relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring timely delivery of products to meet customer demands.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CUSTOMERS AND PARTNERS TO IDENTIFY NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Conduct product tastings and demonstrations to educate customers about our craft beer offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure effective product placement and promotion.
- Identify and capitalize on market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the beverage industry, preferably in craft beer.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other technology tools used in sales and marketing.
As a member of our team, you can expect:
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
