About the Role

As a Broadcast Vehicle Coordinator, you will be responsible for operating and driving BMG trucks, vans, and trailers to production locations, assisting with loading and unloading company vehicles, and setting up productions. You will also assist the production and engineering team on various projects for quality control purposes, write a weekly report summarizing activities and goals, and maintain the BMG vehicle fleet.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail. You will also need to be able to lift heavy equipment and work in a fast-paced environment. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and drive BMG trucks, vans, and trailers to production locations
  • Assist with loading and unloading company vehicles and set up productions
  • Maintain the BMG vehicle fleet, including maintenance and upkeep
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip evaluations of equipment
  • Assist with equipment organization in the Broadcast Operation Center warehouse
  • Assist the production and engineering team on various projects
