Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Coordinating Specialist to join our team at V2X. The ideal candidate will have 15 years of experience in Military or Defense Attaché or Department State roles, with a strong background in project management and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

* Guide and control workload, interact with senior executive management personnel, and provide administrative support to the Defense Attaché Service Office (DASO).
* Manage DAO reconstruction projects through close coordination with Facilities, Security, Logistics, and Information Technology teams.
* Coordinate between DAOs and offices to implement and expedite repairs to failing systems within DAO suites.
* Work closely with the Chief Information Officer and Logistics team to facilitate the delivery and setup of information technology and communication systems to DAOs.
* Monitor and implement the DAS Full Spectrum Staff Assistance Program through close coordination with Regional Geographic Divisions and Logistics personnel.
* Provide guidance and expertise to DAO Operations Coordinators on policy and proper operation of a Defense Attaché Office.
* Facilitate all aspects of the Foreign Service National Driver Training program.
* Facilitate HQ level approvals for adjustments and rightsizing of the DAS Vehicle Fleet.
* Coordinate on DAO Housing Program issues.

Requirements

* 15 years of experience in Military or Defense Attaché or Department State roles.
* Possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent, or an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
* Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
* Top Secret-Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS-SCI) clearance with a CIP.
* Previous service in the DAS, supporting DAS, or successful completion of Joint Military Attachment Support (JMAS).
* Experience in solving challenging technical problems and knowledge of Special Access Programs policies and procedures.
