Job Summary:
Sea Mar Community Health Centers is a leading provider of community-based healthcare services, seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist III or Licensed Professional to join our team at our Lakewood Behavioral Health site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and provide referrals for psychiatric services as needed.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including crisis stabilization and suicide risk assessment.
- Lead groups and provide individual counseling services to patients.
- Collaborate with other teams and parties involved in treatment to ensure comprehensive care.
- Assist the Program Manager in program development, policy and procedure development, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements:
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, counseling, or social work, with coursework in psychological diagnostics.
- Four or more years of experience in the field, with a minimum of four years of clinical experience for Licensed Mental Health Therapist.
- Active Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor License or mental health Associate License, or active Washington State Mental Health Counselor License, Marriage and Family Therapist License, or Independent Clinical Social Worker License.
- Ability to work with computers, Microsoft Office, and other software.
