Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist to provide high-quality care and mental health solutions to our clients. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises.
Responsibilities- Perform intake assessments to understand client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children using evidence-based treatment methods.
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plans.
- Perform regular wellness checks to ensure clients are receiving the best possible care.
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards to ensure a safe and effective treatment environment.
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.
- Current and unrestricted BBS license number.
- Previous experience as a mental health therapist is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple clients and tasks.
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
