About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide high-quality mental health services to children, adolescents, and their families, working collaboratively with school personnel to address identified student and system needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct clinical and case management services to clients, responding to their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Consult and educate school staff and community providers on mental health-related issues, promoting a collaborative approach to addressing student and system needs.
  • Ensure timely and thorough submission of clinical and administrative paperwork, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a mental health-related field and five years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with two years of experience.
  • One year of experience in providing mental health services to children.
  • Eligibility to apply for a Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor credential within 30 days and obtain within 90 days of placement in the job, unless a higher credential is held.
