About the Role

Fabletics is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Store Associate to join our team at Town Center at Boca Raton in Boca Raton, FL. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional retail store experience to our customers, utilizing cutting-edge technology to enable seamless shopping between our website and retail stores.

Responsibilities

  • Embody our culture and values, providing insight to customers on how to live their passion.
  • Engage customers in new and meaningful ways by providing knowledge on our products, including fabrics, features, fit, and function.
  • Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
  • Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain store merchandising guidelines to create an easy-to-shop environment and add value to the customer's purchase journey.
  • Participate in providing and nourishing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
  • Meet and exceed store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
  • Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
  • Unpack inventory boxes as required, which may weigh 10-30 lbs.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of work experience in a retail environment, preferred.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices, such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
  • Ability to interact with customers, employees, and business partners in a social and professional manner.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
  • Self-motivated, good communicator, and able to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility in work hours, open to working evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
  • This position involves constant movement, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
