About the Job

Hotel Aspen seeks a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Professional to provide exceptional customer service and support the hotel's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Room Assignment: Assign rooms to guests and maintain accurate records.
  • Reservation Management: Confirm and manage phone and online reservations to ensure accuracy and availability.
  • Guest Support: Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cash Handling: Collect payment from departing guests and maintain accurate records.
  • Interdepartmental Communication: Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent, previous customer service experience, and excellent communication skills are required for this role. A competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, is also offered.
