Job Description:

This is a dual-role position with primary responsibilities including front desk functions and CMA functions. You will be responsible for checking in - checking out patients, collecting copayment, obtaining registration forms, scheduling patients, maintaining provider schedules, assisting with referrals, handling refill requests, checking vitals, venipuncture, injection administration, and urine drug screen processing.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience working in a medical office
  • Proven ability to use computers & office equipment in a highly efficient manner
  • Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills
