Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment that promotes academic excellence and social growth. Your primary duties will include:

  • Developing and implementing lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and state standards
  • Assessing student progress and adjusting instruction accordingly
  • Providing individualized support to students who require additional help
  • Maintaining a safe and organized classroom environment

Required Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field and hold a valid teaching license in the state of Ohio. You should also have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong ability to work with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
  • Experience with differentiated instruction and technology integration
