Job Summary:

As a Dental Hygienist at Aspen Dental, you will play a key role in developing patient care plans alongside the doctor, using the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) guidelines. You will be responsible for managing your schedule to allow for comprehensive patient care and education, while expanding your knowledge and skills through structured continuing professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop patient care plans in collaboration with the doctor
  • Manage patient schedules to ensure comprehensive care
  • Expand knowledge and skills through continuing education
  • Work collaboratively with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
  • Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
