Position Overview:
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our primary care practice focusing on adult and geriatric patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of patients
- Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic health conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging
- Prescribe necessary medications and treatments
- Educate and counsel patients on health promotion and disease prevention
- Collaborate with healthcare colleagues to create and implement treatment strategies
- Maintain precise and complete medical documentation
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and peer review processes
- Stay informed on the latest advancements in medical research and technology
- Must hold a valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in good standing
- Demonstrated clinical expertise and understanding of evidence-based practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
