Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Anatomic Pathologist to join our team at the UT Health San Antonio Multispecialty and Research Hospital. As a key member of our Department of Pathology, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality diagnostic services and contributing to our research initiatives.

About the Role

This is an open-rank position, and we are looking for a candidate with strong diagnostic skills and a passion for teaching and research. The successful candidate will have a MD, DO, and/or PhD degree and be certified by the American Board of Pathology in Anatomic or Anatomic and Clinical Pathology.

Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and timely diagnostic services in anatomic pathology
  • Contribute to research initiatives and publications
  • Teach and mentor residents and fellows
  • Collaborate with colleagues in other medical school departments and research centers
Requirements

The successful candidate must have a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A current Texas medical license is also required.
