Job Summary

The Controls Engineer Co-op will assist in the design, development, and implementation of control systems for various industries. This role will involve working closely with our experienced engineers to develop and implement control logic, design control panels, and troubleshoot system issues.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design and development of control systems for various industries
  • Develop and implement control logic using PLCs and DCS systems
  • Design and develop control panels and networks
  • Assist in the troubleshooting and commissioning of control systems
  • Conduct site visits to collect equipment information and assess system operations
  • Develop and present technical reports and recommendations to the Performance Group team
Requirements
  • Pursuing an Associate or Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering-related discipline
  • Understanding of control system architecture and sequence of operation development
  • Experience specifying instrumentation for flow, pressure, temperature, and modulating valves
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communications
  • Ability to conduct client meetings and project presentations
