• Assume leadership of a commercial branch and drive revenue growth through effective sales and customer service strategies

• Provide inspirational leadership to sales and service teams, motivating them to achieve daily activities and results

• Develop and implement plans to improve customer retention, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and retention results

• Mentor and develop team members through field evaluations, coaching, and training opportunities

• Manage Profit and Loss statements, strategically investing in growth while balancing expense margins

• Identify operational deficiencies and implement plans for improvement

• Recognize and develop talent, recruiting, selecting, and training sales, service, and customer service staff
