Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse to join our team at Dartmouth Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the advancement of nursing practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized plans of care for patients.
  • Practice critical thinking and anticipate changes in patient status, taking action to modify care plans as needed.
  • Advocate for patients and uphold their autonomy in decision-making, ensuring informed consent and self-determination.
  • Mentor colleagues and engage in the governance of practice to advance nursing excellence.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Qualifications
  • Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required.
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) with 1 year of experience or Associate degree (ADN) prepared nurses with 2 years' experience.
  • Required licensure and certifications include a Licensed Registered Nurse with NH eligibility and Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate.
