Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Travel Therapist to join our team in Muncie Area, Indiana.

About the Role

This 13-week travel job offers an exciting opportunity to work as a Speech Language Pathologist in a dynamic healthcare setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating and administering treatment to individuals diagnosed with speech, language, and swallowing dysfunctions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to determine the nature and extent of their communication and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)-accredited program
  • At least 6 months of recent experience in a hospital or clinical setting
  • An active state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • BLS certification

Compensation Package

The estimated weekly pay for this position is $2,300, based on a 32-hour workweek and 8-hour shifts. Please note that tax-free stipends may apply, which will be confirmed upon confirmation of employment.
