About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Child Development Specialist - Occupational Therapist to join our team at School-Based Behavior Consultation. This is a full-time position that requires a strong passion for helping children reach their full potential.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to pediatric clients. You will work closely with our team to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of developmental delays, sensory processing disorders, and other conditions affecting children's daily lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment: Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric clients to identify areas of need and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Therapy Services: Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to children, including activities to promote physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our interdisciplinary team, including psychologists, speech therapists, and special education professionals, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience: Minimum one year of experience working with pediatric populations.
  • Skills: Strong assessment and treatment skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
