We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Project Coordinator to join our team at Lockheed Martin. The successful candidate will provide project and manpower planning support, budget implementation and monitoring, and administrative functions to the Site Manager located at the Aegis Test Team in Bath, ME.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the development and maintenance of manpower and budget plans.
- Support the Site Manager with cost and schedule variance analysis.
- Conduct monthly financial reviews.
- Assist the Site Manager with weekly and monthly activity status reports and presentations.
- Support the Site Manager with Control Account Manager (CAM) responsibilities.
- Office administration and management duties.
- Support local customer unique tasking for the Aegis Test Team.
- Track test equipment inventory and calibration dates.
- Manage employee certification database.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline (Business).
- Related work experience in earned value management or accounting.
- Experience with data analysis, budget planning, and manpower planning.
- Familiarity with earned value management (EVM) terms such as ACWP, BCWS, BCWP, ETC, EAC.
- Knowledge of Control Account Manager (CAM) responsibilities.
