KOMPAN US is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in Austin, TX. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities- Qualify inbound leads from various sources, including our website and social media channels.
- Research prospective leads, identifying key players and performing outbound calls and follow-up emails to source new sales opportunities.
- Route larger qualified opportunities to our field Sales Representatives for further development and closure.
- Develop meaningful relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the full-cycle sales process on small and simple projects, including advisement on product selection, solution designs, creating quotes, and obtaining orders.
- Collaborate with our field Sales Representatives on opportunities generated in the field to close the sale from the office.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, inside sales, outside sales, or business development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- CRM experience preferred.
- Enthusiastic and customer-service oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience finding solutions by understanding customer needs and requirements.
- Ability to work well in a team environment with a sense of urgency and emphasis on efficiency.
- Passion for problem-solving with customers and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
