POSITION SUMMARY

The Indoor Operations Associate plays a crucial role within our recreation center, participating in a variety of tasks that include ticket sales for winter sports and amusement attractions, as well as providing exceptional customer service at the ski shop and rental desk. This position requires a commitment to outstanding guest experiences, flexibility, and a collaborative mindset.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitate ticket sales for winter sports and amusement activities, offering comprehensive information about our services and facilities.
  • Ensure that safety waivers and informational briefings are delivered accurately and promptly.
  • Oversee rental desk functions, including the setup of equipment and monitoring maintenance needs.
  • Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety throughout all operational areas.
  • Support and mentor less experienced team members, fostering a culture of safety and operational efficiency.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and respect.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is highly advantageous.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks that involve standing, lifting, or bending.
  • Able to learn and adapt to various roles within the facility.
  • Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions in line with established policies.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Experience in retail, ticketing, or rental services is preferred.
