Automotive Service Director

**Job Summary**

The Automotive Service Manager is a key role within TBC Corporation, responsible for overseeing the service department's activities at a retail store. This position is a developmental opportunity for Store Managers, with a focus on training and promoting from within the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Supervise the flow of vehicles within the service department to ensure efficient operations.
  • Lead and direct Automotive Technicians and General Service Technicians to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Communicate vehicle inspection findings and service recommendations to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Assist the Store Manager with operational duties, including scheduling and team management.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Regional Manager.

**Requirements**

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Store or Service Manager role.
  • General automotive knowledge and a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Scheduling experience and the ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • A criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
  • 18 years or older.
