We are in search of a proactive and seasoned professional to spearhead our brand ambassador initiative.

Primary Goals:

  1. Discover a scalable approach for acquiring customers to connect with our target audience (delivery riders).
  2. Expand this acquisition strategy to engage over 400 customers monthly within the next quarter.
  3. Maintain a sustainable customer acquisition cost that aligns with our financial model.

Main Duties:

  • Oversee the recruitment process, focusing on identifying and nurturing sales talent to develop them into skilled sales representatives or affiliates.
  • Create, refine, and evaluate sales scripts, continuously enhancing their effectiveness.
  • Manage program budgets and ensure prompt compensation for participants.
  • Supervise team scheduling and optimize operations for maximum efficiency.
  • Identify new venues for guerrilla marketing efforts to broaden outreach.
  • Actively pursue cost-effective strategies to boost customer acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales recruitment and development.
  • Outstanding organizational skills to manage team schedules and operational processes.
  • Expertise in script creation and optimization.
  • Strong financial insight and budget management capabilities.
  • Innovative mindset with a talent for spotting unconventional marketing opportunities.
  • Ability to drive customer acquisition efficiently and economically.
