Position Overview:
Job Title: Site Operations Manager
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday. On-site and field-based.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Supervise, mentor, and train field personnel to ensure exceptional customer service and maximize sales opportunities in the field.
+ Guarantee precise billing for services rendered, including labor hours, material costs, and management of job discounts.
+ Maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 4.9 stars, with evaluations conducted on an individual basis.
+ Recruit, onboard, and integrate new team members into the field operations.
+ Oversee warranty and recall tasks while providing training to all field staff.
+ Ensure that ACE material purchases constitute at least 30% of total sales.
+ Exhibit outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including job updates, end-of-day reports, customer inquiries, and leading by example with a positive demeanor.
+ Deliver timely and accurate reports to management.
+ The Site Operations Manager is expected to have personal tools as outlined in the company handbook.
+ Actively participate in corporate initiatives and drive engagement.
Essential Qualifications:
+ Minimum of 5 years of multi-trade experience.
+ At least 5 years of experience in field sales.
+ Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in field management.
+ Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, team members, and leadership; keeping all parties informed and fostering necessary collaborations.
+ Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
+ Capable of multitasking, managing time efficiently, resolving conflicts, making decisions, and solving problems.
+ Foster a fun and productive work environment.
+ Proficient in basic technology and applications; familiarity with Service Titan is a plus.
+ Must possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
+ Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Physical Demands:
+ Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders and stairs (up to 15 ft.).
+ Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. without assistance.
+ Capability to balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.
+ Adequate vision to see and focus on close, distant, and peripheral objects with normal depth perception.
+ Work assignments may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation for known disabilities.
