About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Varsity Brands. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation by analyzing business needs and developing technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain business requirements and technical specifications for software applications
  • Lead business problem elicitation, feasibility, and business case definition
  • Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs
  • Analyze operational data and assist with the creation of visualizations and KPIs
  • Ensure requirements traceability through testing
  • Support, maintain, and administer implemented business system solutions
  • Lead organizational change management
  • Provide project management support by removing impediments and maintaining visibility and accuracy of relevant metrics
Requirements
  • Four-year degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, Visio, MSWord, and PowerPoint, as well as project management tools (preferably Atlassian and/or Smartsheet)
  • Experience as a Business Analyst across large, complex projects including custom software development
  • Experience with ERP projects (SAP preferred)
  • Strong understanding of all stages in a project lifecycle and delivery approaches
