JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will perform quantitative and qualitative analysis with structured and unstructured data sets to identify opportunities and weaknesses in the business.

As a key member of our team at Comptech Associates, you will be responsible for directly sourcing data using computer languages and analyzing it in a way that supports practical decision-making and strategy setting.

You will lead data projects and guide other analysts on the team on best practices. You will communicate your findings and recommend strategies to executives and business partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide analytical support to optimize subscriber counts, operational processes and costs, and revenue.

Lead key customer experience & fiber expansion initiatives using quantitative and qualitative data and analytics.

Manipulate large data sets, navigating a variety of servers, data types, and data structures.

Drive end-to-end analytical process, from the formulation of requirements, data acquisition, analysis, validation, and summarization of relevant results.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

3+ years data and business analytics experience

3+ year's experience in computer languages, coding, and/or the ability to learn new languages, programs, and analytical techniques

Mandatory Skills:
Python scripting, SQL/Oracle scripting, and ELT application knowledge

Advanced Excel Knowledge

Experienced in statistical analysis

Ability to solve complex problems creatively

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

Work with minimal supervision, function in dynamic work environment, and meet aggressive deadlines

Preferred Skills, but Not Required:
Power BI, Tableau, JavaScript, HTML5/CSS, Machine Learning, knowledge of Atlassian (Jira & Confluence/Wiki)
