Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our esteemed Ventilation Program. This role offers competitive compensation, with rates reaching up to $50 per hour, in addition to shift differentials. Opportunities for 12-hour and 8-hour shifts are available, catering to Full Time, Part Time, or Per Diem schedules.


Qualifications:
Applicants must possess a valid Respiratory Care License in Massachusetts.
Completion of the National Board of Respiratory Care examination (CRT or RRT) is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
The primary focus of this role is the care of patients on ventilators. The Respiratory Therapist will collaborate closely with the Department Director or Nurse Practitioner to ensure optimal ventilator settings and weaning protocols.

- Perform scheduled and as-needed tracheostomy tube changes.
- Set up, apply, and administer a comprehensive range of respiratory care, utilizing various equipment such as ventilators, cough assist devices (MIE), and respiratory medications, including BIPAP and CPAP as required.
- Review and adhere to physician's orders related to respiratory care.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.
Experience Requirements:
- RRT: 1 year (Preferred)
- CRT: 1 year (Preferred)
- New graduates are encouraged to apply; essential training will be provided.

Both Full and Part Time employees are eligible for benefits in accordance with company guidelines. Per Diem therapists will receive an additional $2 per hour in compensation.
