We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (R.N.) or Licensed Practical Nurse (L.P.N.) to join our skilled nursing facility in Worcester, MA. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, working collaboratively with a team of dedicated caregivers to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide Direct Patient Care: Administer nursing treatments, monitor patient conditions, and provide clinical interventions as needed.
- Lead by Example: Serve as a role model for customer service principles, consistently monitoring and implementing quality improvement efforts during assigned shifts.
- Collaborate with Care Team: Work closely with nurse aides, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Ensure Quality Standards: Ensure that the unit functions according to accepted facility quality standards, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
- Current Licensure: Current Massachusetts (MA) licensure as a Registered Nurse (R.N.) or Licensed Practical Nurse (L.P.N.) required.
- Assessment and Planning: Ability to assess, plan, provide, and document nursing care for a designated group of patients in accordance with the residents' plan of care.
- Technical Skills: Computer proficiency, experience with electronic health records.
- Compassionate Care: Desire to provide compassionate care to the elderly, promoting a culture of respect and dignity.
- Availability: Full-time positions require ability to work every other weekend and holiday; per diem positions require ability to work one weekend/month and 1 holiday/season.
