Job Summary

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for helping people participate in the things they want and need to do through the therapeutic use of everyday activities.

Services may include comprehensive evaluations of the client's home and other environments, recommendations for adaptive equipment and training in its use, training in how to modify a task or activity to facilitate participation, and guidance and education for family members and caregivers.

Requirements
  • Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required
  • License/Certification/Registration: Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state providing services, Current certification of National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, and Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
Work Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; 80hrs/2wks, with every 6th weekend and occasional holiday.

Pay

The hourly range for this position is $45.75 per hour, with actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
