Job Title: Speech Therapist - Neurology Department

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapist to join our Neurology Department at Quantum Dynamics. As a Speech Therapist, you will play a crucial role in the diagnosis and treatment of speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with neurological conditions
  • Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, sports therapists, and music therapists to provide comprehensive care to patients
  • Perform fiberendoscopic swallowing diagnostics (FEES) together with our doctors to assess and treat swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing skills in patients
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with patients with neurological conditions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
