About the Position

Avera is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our professional team on a PRN schedule.

Position Highlights

  • Casual/fill-in-as-needed schedule
  • Opportunity to provide care and treatment to patients/students/residents in a caring, safe, and efficient manner

Job Summary

Patient Care Duties:

  • Evaluation/Screening: Assess patient needs, deficits, and strengths to formulate an appropriate treatment plan
  • Documentation: Create and review/revised documentation while following reimbursement guidelines
  • Treatment Skills: Administer and perform therapeutic interventions with patients

Requirements

  • Graduate from an Occupational Therapy program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE)

Certification and Licensure

  • Licensed by the State of South Dakota as an Occupational Therapist required

Compensation

  • Hourly rate: $45.75 per hour (dependent on experience)
