Job Summary:

Analyze and optimize operating procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct studies to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with personnel to implement new systems and procedures, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Develop and maintain functional or operational manuals outlining established methods of performing work in accordance with organizational policy.
  • Conduct operational effectiveness reviews to ensure functional or project systems are applied and functioning as designed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a specified field of study or six years related experience and/or training.
  • Additional five years progressively responsible experience in the specified area.
  • Knowledge of Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.

Additional Information:

Must possess a valid driver's license with a driving history verified through a motor vehicle report that meets requirements for Cherokee Nation underwriting rating.

Must have a thorough understanding of complex systems utilized for successful government operations and the ability to communicate strategic plans for implementation.

Employee must not and will not be under sanction by the United States Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General (OIG) or by the General Services Administration (GSA) or listed on the OIGs Cumulative Sanction Report, or the GSAs List of Excluded Providers, or listed on the OIGs List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).

Work Environment:

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
