Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Children's Wisconsin. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of pediatric patients with communication disorders and feeding difficulties.

Responsibilities:
  • Examine and test patients to diagnose communication disorders and feeding difficulties
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology
  • Current license with the State of Wisconsin or eligible for licensure
  • CPR certification - Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
  • Knowledge of pediatric development and communication disorders
  • Two years' experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certificate of clinical competence in speech/language pathology
  • Experience working with neurodiverse patients
Work Environment:

This position will be based at the Children's Kenosha Clinic, where you will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to pediatric patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in working with a pediatric population and experience in an outpatient setting.
