Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to oversee the delivery of speech, language, and feeding services. This role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients while supervising skilled clinicians and collaborating with the treatment team to optimize patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide mentorship and training to staff to ensure effective implementation of client programs.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions with direct reports.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop cohesive and effective treatment plans.
  • Facilitate clinical recommendations based on initial diagnoses and treatment duration.
  • Ensure timely documentation of sessions and assessments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families to enhance their experience.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Arizona.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence from ASHA.
  • Ability to maintain CPR & First Aid certification.
  • Proficiency in technology and software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Work Environment

This position requires a blend of sitting, standing, and mobility within a clinical setting. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
