Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Patient Services Representative to join our team at Tidelands Health. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first call resolution for patients, handling incoming calls and responding to their requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Escalate urgent patient needs to the care team, ensuring that patients receive prompt attention and care.
  • Facilitate telehealth services, including language assistance, to ensure that patients have access to the care they need.
  • Assist with patient portal enrollment and technical issues, ensuring that patients have a seamless experience.
  • Manage medical records requests, ensuring HIPAA compliance and timely response to patient inquiries.
Requirements
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a minimum of two years of healthcare experience.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Competency with Microsoft Office applications and electronic medical records.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills and time management abilities.
