- Communicate with residents, family members, and healthcare staff
- Move residents safely and comfortably
- Current Massachusetts CNA certification
- Understanding of nursing care procedures and medical terminology
- Effective organization skills and communication with medical professionals and residents
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- High level of attention to detail
