Responsibilities:- Assist registered occupational therapists in the development and implementation of treatment plans for patients.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Implement interventions and activities to help patients achieve their goals, such as exercises, activities of daily living, and adaptive equipment training.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Associate degree in occupational therapy assistant or related field.
- Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience in occupational therapy or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
